PLEASE BRING BAGS AND BOXES TO PACK YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS. 3. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS! 4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS". 5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc. ANY damage that we notice is on the sales tag. 6. You MUST bring help to load large items. Due to the parking constraints, we will have a passenger van available to drive you up and down the driveway. Parking will be on the property at the main road. We will allow cars down the driveway for pick up of merchandise. Please DO NOT go down the driveway prior to instructions from The Perfect Piece staff to guide you.
