This is a two day general contracting, painting, and seal coating commercial asset liquidation sale! The schedule of sale will be announced shortly. Also included are antiques, furniture, and office equipment. Please check back for complete listing and photos. Selling pick up trucks, box trucks, lifts, trailers, hand tools, power tools, tool boxes, large compressor, gas powered paint sprayers, Kubota tractor 4x4 tractor, fork lift, Van, electric indoor scissor lift. open landscape trailer, Genie 4X4 high lift, antique barn wood, furniture, antiques and more! Dates of sale: Friday, January 12th beginning at 9 am and Saturday, January 13th beginning at 9 am.
915 Buck Run Road, Coatesville (East Fallowfield Township) 19320, across from the East Fallowfield Community park.
Please note that while the auction will take place in a large multi-level barn the auctioneer will be stationary in the main room for some aspects of the auction and the auctioneer will also take a group of interested buyers into the individual rooms, lofts or workshops to sell merchandise for those respective aspects of the auction!
Terms of sale: 10% buyer's premium for cash and Pa checks, please note checks are only accepted from those buyers that have a positive prior payment history with TEG Auctions unless your check is approved by the Telecheck System, there is a 15% for debit and credit transaction processing fee, and 15% for checks without previous payment history with TEG Auction Services that are approved by the telechcheck system. Please have an alternative payment method ready in case the Telecheck Systen is down or if your check is rejected. No out of state checks accepted!!
All items must be removed by the end of the day on Monday January 15th with the exception of the bigger machines (material handlers, lifts, trailers trucks etc that are on the upper field lot). You may make arrangements with the seller to pickup these larger items and will have several weeks to arrange title transfers and the shipping of the large items.
DELISCIOUS FOOD IS CATERED BY TRIPLE FRESH DELI AND CATERING OF EAST FALLOWFIELD/COATESVILLE!
Please bring folding chairs, boxes, bags, wrapping materials and blankets.
Please dress warm or dress comfortably and appropriately!
*THE AUCTION WILL BE CONDUCTED INSIDE a modern BARN and WORKSHOP SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE RAIN* The temperatures for both Friday and Saturday are expected to be in the upper 40's to upper 50's however some of the auction areas are heated and some are not so please dress for comfort
Due to the size of this auction the sale list below and pictures are generally a guide as to what items will be on the auction block this day.
Please note there are so many items for sale that we will be able to have every item listed or photographed, on every trip to the sale site we continue to uncover more hidden treasures!
