TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged. PRICING: No prices will be given out via text or phone or internet, mostly due to the amount of items and I cannot remember each price so it’s first to come first served! In fairness to everyone! NO PRE SALES. MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items. Also, see list of local movers provided in site. LINE UP YOUR MOVERS NOW AND RENTAL TRUCKS IN ADVANCE, YOU WILL NEED THEM. LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun most of all. VALUABLES: Are always removed prior to the doors opening, we use wireless security NUMBERS: A sign-up sheet will be available at the door the day of the sale. We do not use numbers we go with a sign-up sheet SIGN UP SHEET TO BE WILL BE OUT THE MORNING OF USE OUR SHEET PLEASE. THIS WAY NO DUPLICATES. HOURS: We open at 10 am, PLEASE line up by 9:45to be called in order of the sign-up sheet, Thanks! PARKING: Please park on one side of the road only, please do not park or block driveways, fire hydrants or emergency areas. Areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING. DO NOT park on both sides of the street! Obey all Parking signs in Park Ridge to avoid towing. SHOES. NO SHOES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME, WE ARE HOSTING A "SOCK HOP" OR BRING SLIPPERS TO CHANGE INTO. We ask you carry your shoes with you and will provide a plastic bag for them.
