This week’s sale will be held at 117 Southern Oaks Drive, in Lake Jackson. You can get to Southern Oaks Drive from Willow Drive, also from Meadowbrook, off Old Angleton Rd. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning. Sale hours are 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days.
Please park carefully, don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, and do not impede traffic.
There will be no children allowed in the sale areas, homeowner’s request. The home sits on a lovely creek lot, that you will notice we have
blocked off, beyond the patio. Please don’t help yourselves to a yard tour, the family doesn’t want people traipsing all over the yard.
Please don’t bring large handbags, purses, totes, back packs, etc. into the sale area, or they could be subject to search.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers, loaders, or pack mules, for your large or bulky purchases. Please make arrangements to have
your purchases carried and loaded.
We do accept credit cards, approved Brazoria County checks, and cash. There will be a returned check fee of $60. Too high ? Don’t write
bad checks at our sales.
Large items sport two-part tags. If you wish to purchase an item, please take ONLY the bottom half of the tag. If you change your mind
about the purchase, before you pay, please find an EL worker, and return the tag to them, so they can reattach it to the item.
