This week’s sale is a rather unusual one for us. All of the items from an older home in Freeport, have been relocated to the neat old Tobey Hardware building, in downtown Freeport. The building also served as the location of a beauty school, so there are some great salon items, and equipment here. Plenty of parking spaces, the downtown park is lovely, the Freeport Museum is in the next block, and, there are good eating establishments nearby.
The sale will be held at 102 East Park,(the city shows it as Street, but it’s always been Avenue to me), in downtown Freeport. Friday and Saturday, February 9th-10th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.
Children MUST stay with parents/handlers at all times, or you may be asked to leave.
NO large back packs, purses, carriers, strollers allowed in the sale areas.
We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved checks. We have a $60 fee for returned checks. If you think that’s outrageous, write your bad checks somewhere else. Please.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers, loaders, or pack mules, for getting your large/heavy items moved. Please make arrangements to have your purchases moved.
PLEASE READ !!!!! I’ve been asked by my bookkeeper to please have ANY & ALL of our resellers, tax exempt, “buying for the church” customers, bring a copy,(for us to keep), of your most current sales tax certificate, for our files. Several people have said they were “in our files”, lately, we can’t find any record of them. So, at the first part of every year, it’s just going to be easier, to start fresh. If you “forget” to bring us a copy, you WILL pay tax on your purchases. Until we have an actual copy of your certificate, in our hot little hands, you will be charged tax.
