All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

This sale is taking place in an ultra modern Los Angeles Apartment. This modern apartment is owned and decorated by a top interior designer. Everything is in immaculate condition and is absolutely fabulous!
There is a mix of modern contemporary furnishings, designer clothing, and designer accessories!
The furniture includes a Restoration Hardware linen slip covered sofa, a Rythme by Ligne Roset coffee table, 2 matching Weego Home Roxy ottomans, a Wool Jonathan Adler rug, a Cassina K10 Dodo Reclining Armchair, a Weego Home Console, a Pallucco Italia Gilda floor lamp, 2 Design within Reach modern bookshelves, a Weego Home white marble topped desk, a modern white leather and chrome office chair, a modern rolling storage cabinet, a Weego Home storage dresser or worktop, a filing cabinet, a Ligne Roset transluscent Pam stool, 2 Modern Metal Spiral Stools, a Poltrona Frau Autora Due White Leather Queen Bed, 2 Weego Home side tables, 2 Bourgie Kartell table lamps, a tulip based kitchette or dining table, and 2 Flexform accent chairs.
There are a few pieces of modern art. There is a large original modern painting by Elizabeth Castagna and a great New Yorker modern art piece. There are 5 large antique mirrors from the New York Hotel that have been framed in modern frames. Very cool!
There is a collection of Nambe accessories, coffee table books, accent pillows, An Apple desktop computer, and other household items.
There is also a collection of designer women’s clothing, handbags, and shoes.

Please remember there are no hand bags allowed into the sale. Please bring your own boxes. Please plan accordingly.
Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The security guard will be happy to help you.
