Listing Information

We are back in Temecula for our upcoming sale.  It is in a gated community but they have agreed to keep the gate open for us! Yay! Owner has moved to Assisted Living and left behind lots of treasures! This is a full house, 3 bedroom, lots of nice household items, furniture, some mid century, kitchen items, record albums, and lots more!

Special Note:

This is a gated community.  The gate will automatically be opened at 7:45am and close at 3:00pm.  If you arrive too early, you will have to wait until the gate is opened.

 

There are several dressers, nightstands, end tables, sofa, loveseat, sleeper sofa, arm chairs, several coffee tables, kitchen and dining sets, lots of artwork, mid century paintings, large wall pocket collection, collector plates, several nice sets of china, copper pans, nice vintage salt and pepper sets, lots of Lusterware, nice paperweight collection, misc. decor.

 

There are hundreds of CD's, DVD's, VHS Tapes and record albums.  Several Large Flat Screen TV's, DVD Players, Stereos, Record Playerm 8 Track Tape player and 8 track tapes!

 

There are several patio chairs, lounge chairs, cute outdoor decor, several large Sago Palms, succulents, misc. plants and outdoor pots.

 

Garage has a few hand tools, lots of books, mic. holiday items and more!
