PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CARFULLY :)

PURCHASES -All items are assumed to be in good and/or working condition, sold "as is", cash only, no credit cards, no checks and no trade. At the end of the sale all sales are final. All Items are to be picked upon the day of purchase and prior to the close of business that same day. If there is multiple interest in an item the item will be sold to the highest best offer.

PRICINING - Most items have price tags those that don't please refer to the printed inventory list. If you don't have a printed list please barrow one from the onsite estate manager. Please turn the borrowed list into the estate sale manager at the end of your visited.

THINGS TO BRING - Please bring your own; Help for loading, calculator, bottled water (to keep in your car), bags and/boxes, wrapping paper, pens, yellow legal pad ( for writing up the items you want to purchase). Bring your business card or name tags to place on the items that you have purchased and whis to mark sold. Also bring small denomination currency NO BIG BILLS.

THE NO'S - No children under 10 years old. No pets, No smoking on the property, No food, or beverage on the property. Sorry no early birds and no late comers the doors closes promptly at closing time and all sales must be completed within 15-minutes of closing.

BATHROOMS/FITTING ROOM - Bathrooms are open to shoppers subject to usability.

CANCELATION - If the estate sale is sold out prior to the schedule remaining days of the estate sale the sale will be canceled without notice.

This Estate Sale is canceled the seller is having a tough time letting go of the personal property at any price.

She may decided to have a yard sale on her own Thursday, Friday and Saturday.


Clean cute house, but seller lost it to the bank . As of Monday 10:00 AM she is out on the street.
Everything must be sold so she can move on! There is something for everyone at this Estate Sale.
Sorry there is no time for organizing and tagging. So come with your fair offers and cash please (small bills).

Admitting only five buyers at a time in the order of arrival and ending daily at 3:30 PM Daily.

The Seller will be on-site please be kind and respectful. The bank will give her a small amount of cash if the house and yard are left clean. So she needs volunteers for haul off and clean up on Saturday 9:00 AM. Let me know if you can give her/us a hand with this.
