This week’s sale is in a lovely house in Lake Jackson, 61 Timbercreek Ct. Friday and Saturday, March 9-10, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.,

 both days. 

Please park courteously, don’t block driveways, nor fire hydrants.

The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in, around 8:45.

There will be  NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE  AREAS  !      

No large purses, backpacks, carriers, etc. will be allowed in the sale areas, or they will be subject to search.

The home is two stories, there’s  NOTHING but furniture upstairs, if you aren’t able to safely climb stairs, then DON’T 

go up the stairs, please. We will have pictures of the upstairs items, posted downstairs, for your ogling convenience. 

Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules. You need to make arrangements to have

your large or heavy items moved.

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved checks. We have a $60.00 returned check fee, if you think that’s waaaaay

too much, go somewhere else to write your bad checks, please.
