TOP HAT ESTATE SALES invites you to another great estate sale being held at 4210 S. Preston Ave., Tucson, AZ 85735, on Friday & Saturday, March 9 & 10, 8am-4pm each day. The owners are life-long collectors who enjoy "the hunt" for quality items to complete and expand their collections. There is so much to go through that we will split this estate into three separate sales and each one will tons of new/old items! The first sale is this weekend (2 days); the second is next weekend (2 days); the last sale is planned for March 30, 31 & April 1 (3 days). Directions from Tucson Estates: Take Kinney Rd to Bopp Rd. Turn R on Bopp then immediately turn left on Sheridan. (Sheridan is BEFORE the Jehovah's witness church.) In about 1/16 mile, Turn R on Kay Lynn. The house is just down the road on the SW corner of Kay Lynn & Preston. Our TOP HAT ESTATE SALES signs will be posted on corners. Directions from Tucson/Ajo Way: Take Ajo Way west out of Tucson. Travel on Ajo is easy-breezy! In 5-6 miles, just past Kinney Rd. you will turn Right onto Sheridan. (There is mild construction so please follow our A-frame signs.) In a few hundred feet, turn Left on Kay Lynn. The house is just down the road on the corner of Kay Lynn & Preston. Our TOP HAT ESTATE SALE signs will be posted on corners.
