SHIPPING: We Offer shipping from our location and can arrange delivery of any item to any location. Please contact us for information or to arrange after the sale.It is not our business to overcharge on shipping and will try to be as accurate as possible when providing a quote. You are welcome to use your own service.

Deadlines and close of internet auction bidding:
On the day the internet auction is scheduled to close all items will begin to close at the rate of 5 items per minute beginning at the published internet close time. Once closed the sale will be awarded to the winning internet bidder of record and an emailed invoice will be sent. The items will close in the order listed.
Item Descriptions:
All Elite Estate Group LLC internet Auction items are sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS”. We will do our best to accurately describe the items in detail. Please keep in mind most items offered for sale will be either used, vintage, antique, or collectible. Please consider that normal wear consistent with the age is accepted. With that being said we strongly suggest coming to the preview dates and inspect the items in person. Many times we have found people to be more excited about the item than what they saw on the pictures and description. If you do not take that opportunity to view the items we will not be responsible for any flaw not noticed. We will assess and list all flaws that we see and give our best professional rating of the items. Please use the preview dates for your own personal opinion on the items. You may email us for specific questions relating to an item or clarification.
Buyer’s Contract:
All bids placed on items are a legally binding contract and you are required to pay for all items that you have placed the winning bid. Full payment is required prior to removing all merchandise. Failure to pay and remove items may result in forfeiture of the item and bidding as a buyer in good standing resulting in blocked from future transactions until the issues are resolved.
Sales Tax:
Elite Estate Group LLC Internet Auction Sales are subject to state sales tax laws. Vendors and other non tax applicable transaction must provide the appropriate license information (State and license number) prior to end of sale or upon pick up so we can keep it on file for the appropriate entities. A copy of the buyers Tax exemption information is preferred.

Payments and Pickup
All items must be paid for and picked up on the designated date stated in the auction listing. We accept cash, checks with approval, Visa, or Mastercard credit cards. If for some reason you cannot pick up the items that you have won on the designated date please contact us within 24 hours of the date to make other arrangements. Please make this a last resort as most our sales are on a timed basis and need paid for by the posted deadline. If you cannot pay for items up for auction please do not bid. Questions about payments should be addressed upon close of auction to Elite Estate Group LLC.

Penalties
Internet auctions unpaid or not picked up at the listed pick up and settlement times and dates will be subject to the forfeiture of those items and be responsible for any additional fees accrued in the removal and disposal of said items. The Buyer’s account will be placed “on hold” with no further bidding activity allowed until the issue is resolved.

Bidding
Each bidder is responsible for their bid entry. The auction is a double entry system so please review them prior to finalization. A bid entered is immediately registered and applied with no cancellation options. Please bid freely but with caution. Should there be an obvious error please notify Elite Estate Group LLC immediately to discuss what might apply and to also not effect other bidders. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PAY OR HONOR THE BID.

Shipping:
Winning Bidders have the option to make payment and have their item shipped to them for shipping costs and a packing fee which will be commensurate with the item type. Please contact us with the shipping information and request. Elite Estate Group LLC has in-house capability to ship most items. Anything that we can pack up and deliver to USPS or UPS we will do, but anything big or bulky will have to be picked up by a trucking company and additional fees will apply. All items being shipped will have to be paid prior to the shipping of the items. NO COD’s. Please arrange for insurance to coincide with amount and item. Multiple purchases per sale can be combined and shipped as a lot.
Once the items are shipped Elite Estate Group LLC will no longer be responsible for the items.

Alternate Pick up
We are a service and are here to try and accommodate our buyers. THINGS HAPPEN!!!! If you are unable to remove and pay for your items on the scheduled day please contact Blessed Harvest Auctions for determining an alternate time or option. PLEASE ONLY USE THIS OPTION AS A NECESSITY.
