Directions from Kerrville:  We recommend taking Hwy. 173 (Bandera Hwy. It’s the same distance and the road is much straighter!); a few miles past Camp Verde, turn right onto Hwy. 2828, then right onto Hwy. 16 into Medina; as you get through Medina, take Hwy.337 toward Vanderpool.  About 2 miles later, turn left onto Coal Kiln Road. Go about a mile.   The house is on the right.  A sign over the entrance will say “Jim and Martha Brown” #792.  Plenty of parking!
