All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE-IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN.” There are no guarantees given by Sugarman Auctions and Estates or owner.

NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.

We cannot help you move items- if you are considering buying furniture please understand you are responsible for moving it. Please bring your own tools and help as we are unable to assist.

We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside of the home. Please watch your step.

Please do not call for prices of items pictured. We do not "price" until the week of the sale.

No Items can be sold or held via phone calls.

Any items pictured can be removed by or sold to the family prior to the sale.

Please Park Responsibly. Only park on same side of the street as the sale, There must be room for Emergency Vehicles, Police and Garbage Trucks to Pass.

Do Not Park in Neighbor's Driveways or on their Lawns.

We are a business and must collect sales tax unless you have your current (this year’s) tax resale certificate on file with us or have a copy to leave with us.
