Terms and Conditions
All hay is buyers responsibility once it is loaded and off the auction lot, we will not buy hay that may come off during hauling. Make sure you are happy with bale placement before leaving, do not leave without inspecting your load. All payments must be made the day of the auction. Online bidders must provide a credit card to confirm their identity, however, we do not charge your purchases to your credit card. You will be contacted for payment after the auction. All hay is sold BY THE BALE and not by weight. Inspection of hay is the buyer's responsibility. Hay will be stacked in a manner that will not allow you to see each bale. Our auctioneers will describe the hay as best they possibly but it is up to you to satisfy yourself as to the quality of the hay prior to bidding on the hay. All sales are final. |

Hay can come on site the Sunday before the auction and must be removed by Saturday. Hay market has been strong at our past auctions. The last auction top hay sold for $152.50 per bale with the majority of hay selling for over $100 per bale and corn stalks topping out at $50 per bale.

Demand for hay in south-central Iowa has been very strong. We are inviting hay consignments from anybody that has excess or stockpiled hay. All hay sells without reserve.
