1) One day sale. Full price items 9-12, Any remaining items ½ price 12:45-3:30. All customers must leave by noon for Caring Transitions re-tooling.
2) Every customer must sign in and be given a number. 3) Only 40 customers allowed at any one time. 4) No large purses, standard grocery bags are OK for carrying out desired items. 5) All purchases must include a sales receipt. Find a sales associate who will issue the receipt. Items more than $10 shall be put behind register. Payment shall be made at the register when leaving. 6) All items must be picked up the day of the sale, or the morning the day after (by noon). 7) Customers agree by entering that all items being carried in or out are subject to search by Caring Transitions personnel. 8) All Sales are final. All items are as is where is and there are no refunds or returns. No warranties given or implied on any items. 9) Caring Transitions is not liable for any incidents or injuries on the property – enter, lift/load items, and travel on the property and area at your own risk. Please be courteous of neighbors and other shoppers when parking. |

This lovely estate is a hunter’s paradise, with scores of antlers as well as deer and antelope heads from a lifetime of hunting. In addition, it has a lifetime of belongings including much of the owner’s lovely furniture - table set, couches, bar stools, carpet runners, and outdoor sets. There is a large new Titan diesel generator, full size slot machine, Oakland Raider’s memorabilia, air compressor, tools, refrigerators, a freestanding vintage pellet stove, wine refrigerator, desks, exercise bike, collector bottles, camping gear, and file cabinets. Date & Times: Starts 9:00 am to noon Closed noon to 12:45 Resumes 12:45 to 3:30
