About a year ago, the family of this former resident purchased all new furnishings for their father at CONTENTS, the highly popular, high end, contemporary furniture design store upon his move into the posh Splendido Retirement Community at Rancho Vistoso. The apartment is now reverting back to Splendido where the gentleman resided. All items for sale are top quality and in excellent condition and will be sold for 50-75% or more below retail. Since this is being held in a 3 room apartment at Splendido, there isn't an entire household for sale, but what we're offering is worth your time reviewing. Obviously, we cannot have an open house, but I will be accepting appointments. This incredible sale will end May 20th.
