Sign-In will begin at 9:00am with the Auction at 10:00am At this time there are 18 units that will be auctioned off. These units haven't been opened and won't be opened until the day of the auction. All units are sold AS IS, the number of units being sold WILL change as customers redeem the delinquent debts on their units. ALL purchases will be paid in cash or credit card at the time of the sale. There will be $50.00 refundable deposit per unit purchased. Deposit will be refunded when the unit is empty and broom swept. The auction will take place on Sunday and you will have until end of the day Monday August 26th to have the unit(s) cleaned out and broom swept. Please read the following, so that you understand what to expect at the auction; Each storage unit is individually auctioned and it is auctioned from in front of that unit. At the unit which is to be auctioned the auctioneer will cut the lock off and raise the door of the unit so that all bidders can look at the contents from OUTSIDE of the unit. No one is permitted to enter the unit or to reach in and touch anything in the unit until they have won and paid for the unit. All items are sold AS IS. Michiana Auctions and 247 Anytime Storage neither makes nor implies any guarantees or warranties of any kind. ALL sales are final - NO refunds for ANY reason. You are bidding on ALL items within each unit and the winning bidder is responsible for removing EVERYTHING in that unit from the storage facility. You may not use the dumpsters or otherwise dispose of any garbage at the storage facilities. As an auction attendee to the Storage facility, please note that there are certain hazards at a Self-Storage facility, including but not limited to, uneven pavement and vehicles passing through the facility. As a result, in exchange for Michiana Auctions agreement to admit you to 247 Anytime Storage on the day of the auction, you will hereby agree to release and hold harmless the operator, facility manager and their respective owners from any and all liability for any injury you may suffer at the storage facility the day of the auction or for any loss you may suffer while in attendance at this public sale.
