If you DO have a valid resale certificate, then PLEASE bring your certificate and paperwork to show us........OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX !! We verify certificates ON SITE (on smart phone) at the State Board of Equalization website !!!! Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting, sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law. *** PLEASE NOTICE.......We hand out numbers 1 hour prior to the opening of the sale to those who are PHYSICALLY IN LINE. If you chose to place a marker to hold a place in line before numbers, then you MUST stay around the property to watch over your marker. The estate sale staff is NOT AT ALL respondsible for unattended markers or if you are NOT there when we hand out numbers. PAYMENTS: Cash Personal checks Credit cards accepted over $25((under $100 there is a $2 bank service fee)) EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" and that's how we sell it.....(did you see how I did that?) There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying. Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason. Once it leaves the house, it does not come back !! NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! WELCOME EVERYONE !! We are pleased to bring to market this prestigious collection from one of New York's finest jewelers, "Le Petit Musee" located in Manhattan. This collection features many antique and period jewelry items. Mr. Louis Rauch was their chief designer and salesman. He was featured in Vogue Magazine and had many celebrities as his clients while working at "Petit Musee". Later on, Louis opened his own jewelry store and everything in this auction is from Louis's personal collection. Most of the sterling items were designed by Louis and we have the original molds for many of the sterling pieces, that he designed, also available for sale. He had a passion for the Victorian and used antiques pieces to inspire his own designs. This collection was put together over 50 years ago, and we are so pleased to bring you these wonderful pieces offered as a single owner collection. Since has was a working jeweler the collection also includes gemstones and other pieces useful to jewelry makers and jewelers. We are certified gemologist, and are very pleased to offer you this fine, single owner collection. |
