Estate Tag Sale Terms and Conditions
Numbers provided at 7:30a. Entry into the facility starts at 8a. Cash, Local Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover accepted with 3% fee. Nothing to be removed from building until settled. Tags are to remain on all furniture unless you are buying it. If you remove the tag, you are committing to purchase. Nothing is to removed from box lots unless you have received permission from Ales Auction Services Staff to do so. All items to be purchased has to be declared upon checkout. Not responsible for accidents. Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over printed material. All sales are final. |
