Wonderful old world estate sale at the tip of the Balboa Peninsula....antiques, collectibles, Christmas, art, china, glass, so much stuff..

What a fun sale!

This long time resident of Balboa Peninsula collected everything...antiques, copper, china, glassware, kitchen, some art, interesting smaller pieces of furniture, small chests, chairs and side tables, upholstered side chairs, sofas, couches, white painted furniture, headboard, armoire, Waterfall deep cedar trunk, old camera equipment, costume jewelry, old books, large collection of Holiday Decor (Halloween, Christmas, etc.,) Gnome collection, beautiful vintage linens, Swedish dolls by noted artists: Elinor Krabbe, Birgitta Frigast,   Bibi Larsen, Ljungstroms, Butticki, Birgitta Boddaert, also Nordic Legends, and Annalee dolls, monkey pod, lamps, baskets, airplane decor, models, garden pots/plants, garage packed with tools, craft supplies, shells, pine cones, everything!!!

This is a great old fashioned sale! 

Watch the signs on the Peninsula for parking...they are well marked where and when parking is restricted. 

ENTRANCE

Entrance to the sale will be through the gate in the alley behind the home. Do not walk down the lane to the front door of the house. We will have signs guiding you through the alley to the gate at the back of the house which is where you will enter. 

PARKING

Although the entrance to the sale is through the alley, parking is not allowed in the alley. You must park on Miramar Drive and walk down the alley to the gate next to the garage of the property. There will be signs guiding you. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE ALLEY OR YOU WILL BE TOWED.

SIGN UP SHEET

We will put out a sign up sheet at 8 am each day (Friday and Saturday) one hour prior to the sale's opening. The sign up sheet will be at the gate in the alley where you will enter the sale (the sign up sheet will not be at the front door. )

The pictures posted are only a sampling of what we have for sale...there is a full kitchen, a full garage, shelves filled with collectibles, furniture, a room packed with boxes of holiday decor...
