LOCATION: 71765 569 Ave., Fairbury, NE. From the junction of Highways 15 & 136 at Fairbury, NE, go 3 miles north on Highway 15 to 715 Road, then 1 mile east to 569 Ave., and 2 & ¾ miles north. Watch for signs.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A Fraction of the SE ¼ NE ¼ measuring 315’ X 400’ of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 2 East of the 6th PM, Jefferson County, Nebraska. Exact legal description is lengthy, so please contact the auction company if needed.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The property consists of 2.89 acres. The house is a 970 sq. ft. ranch style home with a full, partially finished basement. The main level has a living room with fireplace, large, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and full bath with walk-in shower.
