INVOICES TO BE PAID TO LEFYT'S EITHER IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE. THERE IS A $100.00 REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE ON EACH STORAGE UNIT TO BE PAID WHEN YOU PICK-UP THE KEY. THE DEPOST WILL BE REFUNDED, ONCE THE STORAGE UNIT IS CLEANED TO THE SELLERS SATISFACTION.

IF YOU CAN'T REMOVE AT THIS TIME, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:30 PM Tuesday,
May 29, 2018. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 2 minutes). In addition
there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed
within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Lefty’s Online Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $5,000.00 (A 3% credit card convenience fee will be added), and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted if check # is over 1000), however, Lefty’s Online Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.) FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS (25% DISCOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON EVERY OTHER WEEK. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
