The best items in this house are in the basement. We have a top-of-the-line Freemotion 790 treadmill, which has Google Maps built in. You pick the city where you want to run, and the treadmill's incline adjusts with the terrain in your Google Maps video. We also have a weight bench with pull-down apparatus.

In the next room, there is a Brunswick pool table, compactly built with a standard playing surface in brown felt. This room has a bar with plenty of bar decor and glassware, swivel bar stools, bistro chairs, pool room decor, a TV, TV stand and AV components, and a professional mixologist's blender. 

Upstairs in the living room is a sofa and loveseat set, corner electric fireplace, artwork and electronics.

Dining room features Tommy Bahama table with six chairs, and matching sideboard. Also an unusual two-level breakfront with sliding doors, small table and cart. Items from the kitchen have been placed here, including a beautiful Le Creuset pot, stock pot and mandoline. Added: Kitchen Aid mixer, food dehydrator, George Forman deluxe grill with multiple interchangeable cooking surfaces. Lots of small decorative items.

Out in the yard, you will find what used to be a hot tub hut, now housing a high quality resin wicker sofa, table and trunk set. Small bistro set. A Weber charcoal grill. Lots of assorted yard decor. Yard and garden tools. A bird feeder on a tall pole with a squirrel baffle.

The garage features more tools and holiday decorations throughout the year. A Gorilla ladder, Werner fiberglass ladder, and portable personal scaffold. More bar ware, which will likely be brought inside. More details as we get in and organize, and the homeowner makes his decisions what to keep and what to sell.

Upstairs, in the master bedroom, you will find a gentleman's armoire, a tall dresser with mirror, and a pair of nightstands, and a queen size mattress and boxspring, as well as a set of queen bedding. Small decorative items.

Second bedroom features a white daybed, a valet rack, a Schwinn stationary bike and some clothes and handbags.

Third bedroom features a TV armoire, three-light floor lamp, assorted clothes, bags and more.
