PICKUP TERMS: Items picked up in the box are subject to the same terms and conditions as items on the floor. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company can not be responsible for items after they leave the facility. Items left over 5 days are considered abandoned and can be resold in a following auction. An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. This is a simulcast auction with live and online bidders using software provided by a third party. If a floor bid comes in at the maximum bid of an online bid, the floor bid will stand as it comes in first. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. At the conclusion of the auction you will recieve an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is conluded and a full accounting is done. The auction company reserves the right to fix any typographical errors. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.

To bid in this auction you should do the following before the live auction begins on Saturday at 4:00 PM. 1.) Register to bid. At the top of your screen you will see a button labeled "Login/New Bidder". You will need to click this and fill out the basic information to create your new account or login to your existing account. If you have bid with us in the past and have forgotten your Username or Password, you can reset them from there. 2.) Preview the entire catalog early and often. New items are added to the catalog as they come in to the warehouse and can sometimes fall on different pages depending on where they are placed in the building. It isn't unusual for new items to be added just minutes before the auction begins. 3.) Pick the items you would like to bid on and PRE-BID. We can not stress this enough. Because a Simulcast Auction moves in real time with a live auctioneer, it is very fast and has unpredictable selling times between lots. One lot may be open for 45 seconds while the auctioneer or bid assistant describes the item or answers a question, and the next lot could sell in 10 seconds. Because of Internet lags it is possible that you miss your item. If you Pre-Bid, the software will bid on your behalf up to your maximum amount. If other bidders do not bid, you will win your item for less than your pre-bid. If you are watching the auction live on our website and your pre-bid is outbid by another bidder, you can still bid again, as long as your bid is received in time. 4.) PLEASE READ the terms and conditions. All bidders are bound by the same terms and conditions for this auction included payment options, pickup times and other things important to the auction.
