This house is SOOOOO Packed that we decided we needed an extra day just for Jewelry!! SO we are going to start Wednesday with a 3 hour Jewelry Sale  4-7pm! The Address will show at 1pm and list for the jewelry sale will start there after.

The" Official"entry list for the rest of the estate sale will still start at 5am Thursday morning. Security will be onsite.  We'll be in the University Place area.  If you're interested in jewelry please note the special time & instructions.  All other items will be available starting Thursday morning in our normal sale procedures!  Hope you can make it, there are lots of Dolls, furniture, decor items, gardening supplies, and so much more!!!

Please remember that we want you all to enjoy our sales! A big part of that is respecting the home owners & their neighbors, this includes noise in the early morning hours and parking.  Please observe any posted parking signs, avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes & fire hydrants, and certainly avoid parking on lawns!  Some communities enforce these regulations & you could be ticketed.  

The addresses will be posted on the websites at 5am the first day of the sale.

Remember to bring your own help to carry out your new treasures, and all furniture must be removed during the sale!!!
