Listing Information
Welcome! Our next sale is at 309 Crescent Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. The dates are Sept. 12-14. On Thursday and Friday, 12 & 13, we will open at 10am and close at 6pm. On Saturday, 14th, we open at 10am and close at 3PM.

First of all, don't let the Grand Prairie address scare you off. it's a very easy sale to get to--just take Interstate 30 West toward Fort Worth, exit at Belt Line Rd., turn left. Go to first light, Tarrant Rd, and turn right. Go to Stadium Dr. (1st light) and turn left.

Go to the 2nd Crescent Drive sign and turn right. It's the large red brick, antebellum home on the left. Parking will be allowed on the front lawn but please be courteous and DON'T block other cars in.

This is a tremendous, authentic estate sale! The owners built their dream home in the late 50's and furnished it with fine quality furniture and antiques. Most the antiques are still in the home. We have a French Hunt Cabinet from the early 1800's, a French Commode from the 1860's, a complete parlor suite of Eastlake furniture from the late 1800's. In this collection we have a beautiful settee, a platform rocker, a large arm chair and 5 side chairs, plus a wall mirror, an entry hall mirror with bench (96" tall), the most beautiful pedestal which is currently holding an Auguste Moreau bronze. There are several Eastlake marble top tables also. The set is in almost perfect condition. We have 4 large bronzes, an exquisite American Brilliant Cut Glass Mushroom Lamp, 25" tall, over 100 pieces of California-made Franciscan Desert Rose, 12 cups are from England. There is a beautiful custom made dining set with 6 chairs and matching buffet. Very nice, antique music cabinet, Estey Piano, and so much more.

We've got a yard full of outdoor iron furniture and a pair of the largest flower carts I've ever seen. The wheels are 27" round! There is a 2 room workshop with tons of woodworking equipment, grinders, sanders, air compressor, usual tools, tool chests, even old aircraft spark plugs and other aircraft things. Ladders, tons and tons of red bricks, some white ones also.

We think this is one of our better sales with treasures from the past and present. We hope to see everyone on the 12th. I will have numbers outside for your convenience, so take a number and relax in your cool air conditioned car!
