All sales final, sold as is where is. Cash only. We try to supply bags and boxes when we can but are not always available, Please bring your own. Sales are usually conducted in houses, some are in worse shape then others and most have stairs. Plan ahead of you need assistance. We only allow a few people in at a time, please be patient. First come first in... Please remember your place in line if there is one, sometimes numbers will be given out or there may be a list to sign your name on. If neither are there please respect fellow customers and ask who's in front of you in line. Please respect neighbors parking, dont block driveways or streets. No stealing, we will prosecute.
