TOOLS - LAWN/GARDEN ITEMS - GROCERIES - SOME FURNITURE AND MORE
This auction is being held to liquidate remaining inventory from two local individuals/business (grocery items) as well as items from a local estate including tools!
Garage/Shed Items including garden tools (shovels, rakes, trimmers, etc.); Craftsman Lawnmower (as is - has been idle for about a year); Roto-Tiller; Exercise Equipment (weight benches, treadmill in nice condition); Hand Tools; Carpentry Tools; Mechanic Tools; few pieces of furniture; few building supply items; variety of drill bits; air compressor; drill press; ladders; pipe wrenches; mechanic and carpentry tools and more.
Liquidation of items from Marvin & Debbie Martin's Store AND remining items from Enos Hertzler. Items include a variety of dry goods, cereals, canned goods, large selection of spices, candies, snacks and more. All items MUST GO!
NOTE: This items are not the grocery items from the regular grocery auction we conduct with Richard Betz. While we expect to have a large variety of items to sell at this auction, we do not expect to have meats or other frozen items. (The next grocery auction with these types of items will be held on June 23 at Hughesville VFD.)
ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD TO HIGHEST BIDDER, REGARDLESS OF PRICE RECEIVED.
Terms: Cash, Check, Credit Cards Accepted. Ten percent buyer's premium (with an additional 3% for credit card purchases/processing). 6 % MD Sales Tax.
