IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE: THIS IS AN ON-LINE ESTATE SALE. If you purchase an item, you agree to pick-up the item on MONDAY, JUNE 18 FROM 10:30 AM TO 3:00 PM. You will need to bring your own muscle to move heavy items. You must bring your own packing material and boxes.

For out of state buyers, shipping will be available for smaller items at our discretion. Shipping for small items will be a flat $15 and will be billed separately. For larger items such as furniture, you will need to enlist a shipper to collect the item up from the sale location on the pick-up date.

Prices are fixed until Tuesday, June 12, at which time offers will be considered. TO MAKE AN OFFER, text or call Patty at 847-772-404 (text preferred). If your offer is accepted, the new price will be reflected on the listing shortly thereafter. Be sure that you are available to purchase the item online as soon as the new price is posted.
