This week’s sale is a fun one, in a cute little home, in Danbury. (The house is for sale) On a corner lot, so parking shouldn’t be a problem. Friday is trash day, so PLEASE leave room for the garbage scow to make it through. Don’t block the street, driveways, fire hydrants, y’all know the drill. 

 
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, June 29-30, 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days. The address is 1323 Avenue I, in Danbury. The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling in the first names around 8:45.
 
Danbury has some great places to eat !!!  From Two Czech Chick’s Kolache Shop, to Filipp’s Cafe, Main Street Steakhouse, , Zizi’s, I’m already hungry !!!  
 
The house is pretty crowded, with nice items, there’ll be items on the back porch, and, the shop/garage is packed. There are two-part tags on large or heavy items. If you want to purchase an item, take the BOTTOM half of the perforated tag, to pay for the item. If you change your mind on the purchase, please find an EL worker, and give them the tag, so they can put it back on the item, please. 
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide movers, loaders, nor pack mules for your purchases. Please make arrangements to have your items moved.
 
Yes, we charge sales tax, we’re a real business, NOT a garage sale. We’re under contract to sell the contents of the home for our client.  If you’re tax exempt, you need to fill out a tax exempt sheet, for us to have on file, if we don’t already have it. 
 
CHILDREN  MUST STAY WITH PARENT OR HANDLER AT ALL TIMES. If ya can’t follow the rules, you could be asked to leave the sale. 
 
NO large purses, bags, back packs, strollers, etc., will be allowed in the sale areas.

At the sale, I will have raffle tickets, benefitting the Stephen F Austin 500 group,(I’m a member), that arte $2.00 each, or 6 for $!0.00. Raffle items are a flag flown over the Texas Capitol, a gorgeous hand made quilt, and a spiffy,(HEAVY DUTY !!”), fire pit. The pit was donated by the Sheriff, Charles Wagner, and his Wife, and the Sheriff’s Office, in memory of my Herb, who was a deputy for many, many years.  Proceeds will be used for the ongoing education of the youth in our area, teaching them about our County’s wonderful history.
 
 
On a different note, friends who have a local bed & breakfast, are selling 300 + very nice white folding chairs,(used for wedding and party venues), and 20  72” round folding tables. They’re selling  them for $15 each, or call them, for a quantity price. Contact Sheryl, at 713-254-5724.
