The Humane Society of Elmore County will be hosting its 13th Annual 
‘Wags-n-Whiskers Silent Auction on Friday, July 27, 2018, at the Wetumpka Wind 
Creek Casino. With every passing year our auction gets bigger and better and we 
know this year’s event will be a great night of fun! We invite you to come share 
an evening with fellow animal lovers, enjoy a great buffet presented by Wind 
Creek Casino, Wetumpka and support our animals in need. 
 
	As we look to July, we are actively seeking donated items so that this will be 
our best auction yet.  Donated items may consist of anything from furniture, 
artwork, antiques, autographed items, vacations, gift baskets, gift 
certificates, collectibles, entertainment/sports tickets and anything else (see 
items at www.elmorehumane.auction)you think others would be willing to bid for. 
 
	As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we rely on our annual fundraising 
abilities and the support of all who believe in our mission to help over 5,000 
of Elmore County’s most vulnerable citizens, its lost and homeless pets. With 
your help we can continue to do even more to reduce pet overpopulation, help 
animals needing medical treatment, find loving homes for so many unwanted yet 
loving animals, and educate the public on responsible pet ownership.  
 
	Please bring donated items to the shelter during normal business hours (Mon-Thu 
8-4; Fri 8-5, Sat 8-3.) We can provide a charitable receipt for your tax 
purposes. We can also arrange to pick up your item(s). Contact us to make any 
necessary arrangements.  As our shelter phone is often quite busy, feel free to

posted to our website so that everyone can see all the great items up for bid.

banner that will be prominently displayed. 
 
$250 donation- (Ruby Collar) 
As a Silent Auction sponsor, your name/business name will be displayed on the 
banner and on silent auction tables. 
 
$500 donation- (Diamond Collar) 
As a Silent Auction VIP Live Auction sponsor, your name/business name will be 
displayed on the banner, on the silent auction tables and your name will be 
announced several times during the live auction. 
 
$1000 donation- (Black Diamond Collar) 
As a Silent Auction VIP Entertainment sponsor, your name/business name will be 
displayed on the banner, on the silent auction tables and announced during the 
live auction and entertainment(includes 10 entry tickets with reserved table).
