You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. A ONE DAY SALE Saturday July 14 beginning at 9 am Sign up sheet available at 8 am... We will open at 9 am. I or a member of my staff will put out a sign up sheet by 8 am. Break for 30 minutes...put out another sign up sheet for 12 noon at big discounts. Then beginning at 12 noon until 2 pm, most items, (excluding muscial instruments and vehicles) will be half price.
