SPECIAL NOTE: This website is NOT an INTERNET ONLY auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auctions. Bids are taken from this site and bid on competitively during the live auction against absentee bids left on site and by people in attendance at our live auction. In case of absentee tie bids, earliest bid left will be considered the high bid and in case of a tie bid at the live auction between an absentee bid and a bidder onsite, final decision will be determined by the auctioneer and all decisions are final. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. In the event of a "tie bid" the auctioneer may reopen the bidding process between those tie bidders only to determine the highest bidder for that lot.


**Firearms and Ammunition Bidding**
Successful bidders on firearms ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A FORM 4473 and be approved before transfer. If you have an address out of state, we WILL NOT transfer the firearm to you. We DO NOT ship. Bidders on handguns and handgun ammunition must be 21 years of age or older, bidders on long guns and non-handgun ammunition must be at least 18 years of age. If you cannot own, possess or purchase a firearm or ammunition due to not meeting Federal requirements, please DO NOT bid on them !!!! If you bid on a firearm and you are not approved on your form 4473, you ARE still required to pay the purchase price of the firearm, but WILL NOT receive the firearm, and your bidding privileges will be revoked.




Pick up times are Mondays following the auction date by appointment at our auction house located at 119 E. Kyle in Bangs, Tx. Merchandise should be removed from auction premises no later than five days after an auction is complete. If you cannot pick up on Monday, call for an appointment, if not picked up within 5 days, items will be resold and you will loose your bidding privileges. Shipping IS NOT available for this auction.
