Park responsibly, this is a nice neighborhood with lovely neighbors let's be respectful and safe. Do Not block Traffic or driveways or block cars in. Please do not Drive on grass or sidewalks, do not walk on neighbors lawns. Be aware that we will NOT open our sales before 9am, We have no "worms" for Early Birds No discounts on the first day of sale, 50% after 11am Saturday. We reserve the right to limit items in the 50% off sale. We are not equipped with tools or manpower to help you load your purchases.If you buy a large or heavy treasure, bring the muscle with you for extra help. We do not have anyone able to help you or to deliver items. You are responsible for any damage caused to home or grounds. Payments: Cash! Debit or Credit Cards with a purchases over $25.00. We Cannot accept Checks. All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are FINAL. There are no guarantees by those selling or the owner. Be careful, if you break it, you must buy it, so watch your little ones. No Food, Drink, Animals, Strollers or Smoking inside home. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
