These are the directions from Dallas. 174 Ridge Point Circle, Heath, TX. It was just incorporated into Heath from Forney so zip is still Forney. Hours and dates: Sept. 19-21. Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm. Sunday open at NOON and close at 5PM. Take I-30 N toward Rockwall. Go over Lake and Exit at Ridge Rd/740South. Go right for about 4 miles past Heath Rockwall High School. At stop sign, keep following 740South and turn right. At next stop sign, still follow 240South. Street sign will read Hubbard Rd but it is 740S. Go about 7/10s of a mile and go straight onto Kings Rd. Do not make the sharp turn on 740S. There will be as many of our signs posted as possible!!! However I can't place them on the roads until after 7am Friday. This is a beautifully furnished custom built large home. Quality abounds with all the decorative pieces, garage items and outdoor furniture. We have a solid stone bench that is incredible but also HEAVY! The garages are lined in various sizes of Madix shelving. Craftsman tool table with tools. Computers, printers, copies, scanners--closed medical offices and has all the office equipment in garage. Camping gear galore! Sleeping bags, backpacks, hiking, tents, even one for the dog! Cleanest garage ever!! Inside we have: UPSTAIRS---sets and sets of LEGOS, two 6 ft tables with assembled sets and 15 bagged assorted pieces. There are about 15 instruction booklets but no original boxes. Bring packing for Legos! Children's DVDs, books, nerf guns, other guns (ALL TOYS) Pokemon cards, sets and sets. Also, a pair of gaming seats and a large TV for gaming. Owner said it has a pixel out but TV otherwise is perfect for gaming. There is a Diamondback HRT bike, pretty white chaise, twin bedroom set with a wicker chest and mirror, floral love seat. Towels and sheets are upstairs also. DOWNSTAIRS: Heritage overstuffed sofa, chair with ottoman, beautiful arm chair with tigers on fabric. 3 area Persian woven rugs (Killim?). These rugs are in excellent condition and very vibrant with color. Unique coffee table. Gorgeous Dining table with 6 chairs. Matching open hutch. Decorative black bench. Plus tons of decorative accsessories Queen size sleigh bed with matching chest and wicker nightstand. The bed has an almost new mattress. Kitchen is full of stuff! 12 place settings of Royal Doulton "Harlow" china, serving pieces also. 7 place settings of Portugal stoneware. Nice sale for someone wanting useable furniture and quality. Owner has sold home and has to be out on the 24th so everything has to be SOLD.
