Due to HOA regulations not allowing Estate Sales at this million dollar home and the restricted lack of parking, we are conducting the liquidation of this estate’s furnishings in a manner we hope will satisfy everyone. As always, any marring of an item will be noted in the description and photo.

 

BIDDING BEGINS: Monday, July 23, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

BIDDING ENDS:  Friday, July 27, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

The home is located in Tucson, AZ 85718.  The address will be provided to the winning bidder upon payment. These items are being sold by ARIZONA ESTATE SALES & LIQUIDATIONS, LLC serving Tucson, Oro Valley and Marana. Items are in very good, gently used condition unless otherwise noted. Any marring will be noted in the item description and in the photo. If you need larger or additional photos, send me an email. Most furniture descriptions display measurements so you can check if it will fit your space. Don’t bid until you are sure that it will. All sales are FINAL, AS IS WHERE IS, and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

 

HOW IT WORKS

  2. If there is something you want to purchase at the BUY NOW price, enter it into the form below in the appropriate space. Please email me for extra forms, if necessary. The first person to offer to BUY NOW at full price will be sold the item as of that time and will be contacted for credit card information within the hour. If you prefer to offer a sealed MY BID, read in the item’s description if there is a min (minimum) bid. If so, then no offer will be accepted below that figure. If none is noted, you can bid whatever you like. NOTE: All BUY NOW and MY BID offers made by you are considered commitments by you to pay for those items if you are the high bid. If you wish to withdraw your bid, email me no later than 24 hours prior to the end of the sale, Thursday, 7/26/18 1:00pm. You can change your bid to a higher amount any time until end of sale by emailing me.

  3. Please enter all bids for different items on the same form.

  4. Make sure to include all information requested on the form. If needed you may continue to the next line.

  5. When you’re done, email to bonnie@azestatesales.net .

  6. A confirmation receipt will be sent to you within 12 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation by then, please call me at (520)661-1228 or (520)544-0838.

  7. BIDDING ENDS: Friday, July 27 at 01:00pm.  You will be notified by email within 6 hours whether or not you won. If you do not receive notification of your bid status within that time frame, send me an email. 

  8. If you are the winner of an item(s), please respond to the Winning Bidder Notification email within 6 hours to confirm your receipt of the notification, arrange for payment and set and confirm the time during the pick-up period that you will arrive to remove your item(s).  Failure to respond to your winning bidder notification within 6 hours of notification being sent will result in the disqualification of your bid. 

  9. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP Saturday, July 28, 2018 or Sunday, July 29, 2018 between 9:00am – 4:00pm, by appointment.  If you cannot pick up your item(s) during that time frame, please make other arrangements with me BEFORE bidding. I will arrange to meet moving companies if they can’t pick up within the acceptable time period. Be sure to bring enough truck capacity and your own manpower for any large items. None of our staff will be available to help.

  10. PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Visa, MC or Discover, Debit and Cash

  11. RETURN POLICY: All Items “AS IS, WHERE IS”, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Exception: All electrical items are sold as if they are in working order (I try to check all electronics, if possible.) If they are not, notify me within 24 hours of the time you picked them up for a full refund.

Due to HOA regulations not allowing Estate Sales at this million dollar home and the restricted lack of parking, we are conducting the liquidation of this estate’s furnishings in a manner we hope will satisfy everyone. As always, any marring of an item will be noted in the description and photo.

 

BIDDING BEGINS: Monday, July 23, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

BIDDING ENDS:  Friday, July 27, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

The home is located in Tucson, AZ 85718.  The address will be provided to the winning bidder upon payment. These items are being sold by ARIZONA ESTATE SALES & LIQUIDATIONS, LLC serving Tucson, Oro Valley and Marana. Items are in very good, gently used condition unless otherwise noted. Any marring will be noted in the item description and in the photo. If you need larger or additional photos, send me an email. Most furniture descriptions display measurements so you can check if it will fit your space. Don’t bid until you are sure that it will. All sales are FINAL, AS IS WHERE IS, and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

 

HOW IT WORKS

  2. If there is something you want to purchase at the BUY NOW price, enter it into the form below in the appropriate space. Please email me for extra forms, if necessary. The first person to offer to BUY NOW at full price will be sold the item as of that time and will be contacted for credit card information within the hour. If you prefer to offer a sealed MY BID, read in the item’s description if there is a min (minimum) bid. If so, then no offer will be accepted below that figure. If none is noted, you can bid whatever you like. NOTE: All BUY NOW and MY BID offers made by you are considered commitments by you to pay for those items if you are the high bid. If you wish to withdraw your bid, email me no later than 24 hours prior to the end of the sale, Thursday, 7/26/18 1:00pm. You can change your bid to a higher amount any time until end of sale by emailing me.

  3. Please enter all bids for different items on the same form.

  4. Make sure to include all information requested on the form. If needed you may continue to the next line.

  5. When you’re done, email to bonnie@azestatesales.net .

  6. A confirmation receipt will be sent to you within 12 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation by then, please call me at (520)661-1228 or (520)544-0838.

  7. BIDDING ENDS: Friday, July 27 at 01:00pm.  You will be notified by email within 6 hours whether or not you won. If you do not receive notification of your bid status within that time frame, send me an email. 

  8. If you are the winner of an item(s), please respond to the Winning Bidder Notification email within 6 hours to confirm your receipt of the notification, arrange for payment and set and confirm the time during the pick-up period that you will arrive to remove your item(s).  Failure to respond to your winning bidder notification within 6 hours of notification being sent will result in the disqualification of your bid. 

  9. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP Saturday, July 28, 2018 or Sunday, July 29, 2018 between 9:00am – 4:00pm, by appointment.  If you cannot pick up your item(s) during that time frame, please make other arrangements with me BEFORE bidding. I will arrange to meet moving companies if they can’t pick up within the acceptable time period. Be sure to bring enough truck capacity and your own manpower for any large items. None of our staff will be available to help.

  10. PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Visa, MC or Discover, Debit and Cash

  11. RETURN POLICY: All Items “AS IS, WHERE IS”, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Exception: All electrical items are sold as if they are in working order (I try to check all electronics, if possible.) If they are not, notify me within 24 hours of the time you picked them up for a full refund.

 

 

 

If there is a piece of furniture, sculpture or rug you wish to see in person before bidding, please call me (520)661-1228 or (520)544-0838 to see if an appointment is available.  No items will be sold during this time.
