TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This auction is being conducted under
The laws and rules of the Uniform
Commercial Code subject to the terms and
conditions of this auction. Purchaser is
deemed to have accepted a lot when he or
she makes a bid. You must have a paid
receipt before purchases are removed
from the auction premises.

2. Each bidder must register to bid and
Obtain a buyer number. Anyone bidding
for an account other than their own must
register as such. The auction company
reserves the right to deny registration to
anyone based on their previous performance.

3. TERMS: All purchases must be paid for
In full on auction day by cash, check or credit
card. Bidders agree to indemnity the sellers
and auction company against any loss due
to default on bidder’s behalf which includes,
but is not limited to: failure to pay in full,
checks returned for insufficient funds,
uncollected funds or stop payments. Sales
tax will be collected unless the buyer has a
valid tax exception certificate in their
possession at the auction.

4. CONDITIONS: The items appearing in
the advertising prior to the auction and
listed in the auction catalog are believed
to be correct, but are not guaranteed. All
items are being offered “AS IS, WHERE IS”
without warranty or guarantee as to the
age, year of manufacture, model,
condition or make. The buyer is to rely
solely on their own judgement as to the
condition, year, make, model, usability or
marketability of any item in this auction,
Bonds Realty and Auction is the selling
agent only and assumes no liability for
errors or omissions in the listing. It is
further understood that the buyer is to
know which items he or she is bidding
on and takes full responsibility for
payment of same.


5. Bidders and their agents assume all liability
for any personal injury or property damage
occurring on these premises and further
agree to hold harmless the sellers and the
auction company for said injury or damage.

6. The auctioneer shall designate the high
Bidder after each item has been
auctioned. If a dispute arises between
two or more bidders, the auctioneer
reserves the right to reopen the bidding
and the designation of the buyer shall be final.
No changes in price or quantity can be made
by anyone except the auctioneer. The
auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid
that does not conform to the previous bid
and the auctioneer shall have sole discretion
over the conduct of the auction.

7. Any and all announcements made by the
auctioneer shall be final. These terms and
conditions have been POSTED on the premises
so that anyone entering the premises is
deemed to have full knowledge of the same
regardless of when they enter. PLEASE do not
speak to the clerk during the auction.
