You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Mid Century furniture, tables cabinets and art. Books, Murano glass collection, art glass by John Barber, Swedish glass, other cut crystal, glassware and a set of Mikasa Solitude dishes. Lladros, marbles, seashells, wooden animals, WWII era photos, many of P 38's including signed poster by Dan Witkoff, interesting period lighting including a spectacular Murano chandelier. An Americana II Wurlitzer Juke box (it works too!) Vintage Haines player baby grand piano, Hammond organ, grandfather clock, telescope, TV trays, bar supplies, Bronze statue by CM Russell, bronze elephant by Loet Vanderveen... Furniture including barrel chairs, travertine base glass top dining table, iron base glass top dining table, driftwood and glass dining table, bar stools, sofas, side chairs, vanity, side tables, end tables, benches, ottomans, desk and office furniture. We also have exercise equipment, golf equipment, a mistral windsurfer, a sabot sailboat, many pieces of outdoor Brown and Jordan furniture, bicycles, ladders, tennis rackets, and miscellaneous garage items. When purchasing large items: Anything purchased that is too large to carry out easily must be moved by Ortega's Delivery Service at your cost (this includes couches, large tables, large statues, etc. If you have any questions, please ask me.) Please consider the cost of delivery when purchasing large items. I am happy to help coordinate/arrange delivery with Ortega's Delivery Service; you will pay them directly for delivery.
