Numbers given at 8:30 A.M. the first day of the sale for order of entry starting with the early bird sign-up list

Early Sign-Up is to expedite movement into the house for the first hour on opening day.

Here's how it works:

For your convenience, there are 2 ways to sign up early sign-up:

1. A sign-up sheet will be posted the day before the sale at 5:30 p.m. by the front door for early sign-up
2. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY SIGN-UP LIST BY calling 757-485-3927 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. the day before the sale, to have your name placed on the sign-up sheet.

Anyone signing up on the early sign-up list, either in person or by phone, must be in line when the numbers are given out at 8:30 a.m. Friday. If you are not at the house, your number will be given to the next in line. Numbers will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 8:30 a.m. Friday after the Early Sign-Up list is finished. The sale will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
