Some lots have a grading tag of Green, Yellow or Red. These are items from a liquidation truckload and may be seasonal items, shelf pulls or customer returns. Anything labled as Green or Yellow is guaranteed to be functional and has a 48 hour return policy on functionality only. This does not include any cosmetic damage or missing accessories. If you feel the item description is inaccurate you may contact Bid Kato with-in 72 hours of the auction close to file a dispute for us to investigate. There is no guarantee of a refund or return. You may contact us in person, if we are closed please call or send an email before the 72 hour deadline. Buyer is solely responsible for any disassembly, loading & transport of all purchases. Bring assistance if needed. We will have a dolly and carts on-site for customer use if needed. All items must be picked up by the last scheduled pickup day or storage fees of $5 per day may be applied. Items not picked up by final day may potentially be forfeit and sold to the next highest bidder. If you would like items shipped please call ahead to discuss potential options. Items that are not picked up will be charged a $10 penalty which must be paid to have bidding privilages re-enstated. Auction bidding is online only and is a "Soft Close" style. The auction will be begin to close at the stated closing time with Item #1 and close in sequence after that. If a bid is placed in the closing minutes, the lot is extended for 3 minutes.
