BUYERS PREMIUM & PAYMENT TERMS:
Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Good Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You will be required to register your credit card with HiBid before bidding. No Paypal or other forms of payment will be accepted. There will be a $20.00 service fee for any declined credit card, so please ensure the card registered with Auction Flex is current before bidding. There will be a $60.00 service fee charged for any bank returned check.

A 15% buyers premium will be added to every purchase at the hammer price. There will be a 5% discount for cash or good check payments made for purchaced items.

All purchased items are required to be paid in full before the item leaves the auction location.

Items not picked up by the bidder during the specified pick-up period will automatically be charged to the bidder's credit card. Items picked up after the specified pick-up period will also have a $5.00 PER ITEM per day storage fee charged to the bidder's credit card. Items left at the auction location longer than 7 days after the specified pick-up period will be considered abandoned and resold, the bidder's credit card will be charged for all previous costs and fees.

LOCAL ITEM PICK UP POLICY:
ALL ITEMS SOLD IN THIS AUCTION ARE CONSIDERED "LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY" BY EITHER THE BIDDER OR SHIPPING COMPANY.

Items must be picked up on Monday, August 13 2018 from 11:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 619 Old Trolley Rd, Summerville SC, 29485. Please bring boxes, packing supplies and any help needed to load items. The auction company does not provide any packing or shipping services. If you should need these services, please contact the UPS Store in North Charleston to make arrangements/pay for pick up/packing/shipping of your items. See below for details.

SHIPPING:
The bidder is responsible for all pick up, packing and shipping charges on any item won in the auction.
