A very nice sale this weekend, in a lovely home. The address is 119 Pecan 

Estates Rd., outside of Angleton. Pecan Estates Rd. Is the second county 
road, past the La Quinta, as you’re leaving Angleton, towards West Columbia, 
on Highway 35,(also called Jimmy Phillips Blvd.). We will have a sign at 
the road. Please, please drive carefully, as the road 
construction is STILL in the area.
 
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, August 10-11, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  The sign-up sheet will go
 out around d 8:00, on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first 
names from the list around 8:45. 
 
Please do NOT park in the yard !!! The road is a dead end, so there 
will be plenty of parking along the road. If you choose to park in the 
driveway, don’t get your knickers in a twist, if you get blocked in, 
by other shoppers.  
As always, leave your cranky pants at home.
 
Yes, we’re a business, not your Grandma’s garage sale, we DO charge tax. 
 
No large purses, back packs, bags, will be allowed in the sale area. 
 
There will be no children allowed in the sale area.
 
We accept credit cards, approved Brazoria County 
checks, and cash. We charge $60.00 for returned 
checks, if you think that’s waaaaay too much, 
write your bad checks somewhere else.
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack 
mules. You need to make arrangements to have your large or 
heavy items moved.
