Referring to some of the more macabre offerings, the shop has been praised as "HomeSense through the eyes of Stephen King". When contemplating the surreal and sensational material, the Cabinet has been described as "...Disney with a dark twist!" One thing is for certain, the Cabinet is a one-of-a-kind source for unusual, magical, mystical, historical and awe inspiring treasures collected from around the world. Featuring an incredible inventory harvested from the bizarre collections of both Billy Jamieson - Treasure Trader, as seen on television's History Channel and items culled from the personal collection of the one and only Gordon Smith and his world renowned company FX Smith - purveyor of evolutionary special effects including the X-Men, Jacob’s Ladder, Legends of the Fall and Nixon. To put our inventory in a historical context, many of our "wow-factor" pieces have been pulled directly from the pages of history and the Niagara Falls Museum - first opening it’s doors in 1820, it owns bragging rights to the title of the longest operating, privately owned museum in North America.
