You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.

All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.

There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.

Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.

We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.

Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.

No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

I will repeat ....there is no parking on Virginia way!!! Please do not even drive onto the street unless to drop off or pick up...

The options are as follows...

1) Park on PCH or  on another street and walk in

OR

2)Have a friend, partner or spouse drop you off and pick you up later.

OR

3)UBER OR LYFT

***PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ONTO THE STREET LOOKING FOR PARKING OR PARK ILLEGALLY "JUST FOR A MINUTE" AS NEIGHBORS WILL GET VERY UPSET...IT IS EVEN DIFFICULT TO TURN AROUND ON THIS STREET...IT IS A PRIVATE STREET SO NEIGHBORS ARE ALLOWED TO ENFORCE "NO PARKING" AND THEY WILL....***
