CASH ONLY. NO CHECKS, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE PURCHASED ITEMS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TOOLS & NECESSARY LABOR FOR SAFE REMOVAL OF ITEMS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE ON SATURDAY. This sale will be on a very busy (although only 2 lane) road so there will not be on-street parking. There is room to turn around and exit the driveway facing the street but please be considerate of other shoppers when parking. If it is not raining we will permit careful parking on the lawn.
