Holiday, FL Phase #1 of Large Estate Liquidation – Garage - Please read

 

We are in Holiday this weekend. We are calling this Phase #1 of the estate sale.  It will be the garage “only” of a very large estate. The estate has four garages and we will be in the two on the right hand of the estate.  We decided this for numerous reasons – there is a large ravine between the house and garage and we have a ton of items to be sold in this estate – they are sending pods from other estates to sale. I believe that this will eventually be a 3-phase sale as there are 4 different floors in the estate.  The garage is packed.  There are tons of tools.  Owner had a large car collection (sold them).   There are lots unique and rare vintage tools (for example not 3 or four hammers but closer to 50).  There are antiques, ammo, lots of racing posters, yard tools and just about anything you need to fix something. This is a great sale for garage pickers. The out board has compression as does the underwater Aqua scooter.  Look this up – last one sold for a lot. This Sale will be all day Friday and Saturday.  One more time – it is not in the house, but in the garage.
