2. We do not use a sign-up sheets for entry. Please form a single file line. Admittance will be granted from this line and in the order in which customers line up. At times we may have a sign-up to view items in locked case(s) or other specialty items. But it will be created by the line order customers have already formed.

3. You are buying "AS IS" - there are no warranties or guarantees given! Look at everything you want before you buy. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

4. You are buying "WHERE IS" - Once you buy an item/(s) it becomes your property and you are responsible for moving/lifting it. In most cases we can't provide moving/lifting help. We will have phone numbers of local movers you can contact.

5. We have the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home at any given time.
We have the right to refuse admittance to any shopper.
We have the right to remove any shopper.

6. All info posted the day of the sale, outside home, will prevail over previously written or advertised information.

7. Sales will NOT have public bathroom use. Please plan accordingly.

8. Florida sales tax for the appropriate county will be collected unless you have a valid reseller's cert. with you or on file with us.

9. You are at your own RISK inside home and on the property! You are responsible for any damage you cause to the home or property and could be held liable by the owners for such damage.

10. We will prosecute anyone we find stealing/shoplifting! Switching tags, removing tags, hiding items inside paid for items and other deceptive methods are ALL forms of stealing!

11. We know accidents happen, however if you break something, we will ask you to purchase the damaged item.

This great sale in Haile Plantation has a lot of variety. We have added consignment items from a client in the Courtyards (which doesn't allow sales) too. The pictures speak for themselves!

ABSOLUTELY NO PRE-SALES OF ANY ITEMS.

I WILL HAVE THE PRICING ON THE VAN, WAVERUNNER AND BOAT AVAILABLE BY THURSDAY. NO OTHER PRICING ON REGULAR ITEMS IN THE SALE WILL BE GIVEN. THANK YOU

The VAN, Waverunner and Boat will be shown by open preview from 9am to 9:30am . If you are interested in ANY of these three items please sign up on the LIST at the front door the morning of the sale. Please see individual photos for description and details of each. 

Providence will call your name one at a time after 9:30am from the LIST to purchase. We will not hold any of these items without a $500 non-refundable cash deposit (will be applied to purchase once made). If you don't want to purchase or leave deposit we will move on to the next person on the LIST. These items can only be purchased by CASH or BANK CERTIFIED CASHIERS CHECK. If no buyer at full price then offers can be left with Providence for review.

All titles are signed and in hand and ready to be removed at time of purchase. Buyer should be ready to transfer TITLE at their county DMV within 5 days of purchase. We will make copies of buyers DL, take photos of buyer and make copies of DMV Bill of Sale. Buyer will pay appropriate Sales Tax at the DMV and all fees associated with Title transfer, registration and tag etc. 

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS AND WHERE-IS. THE ESTATE SALE COMPANY OR THE REGISTERED OWNER MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR GRANTS ANY WARRANTY TO THE NEW BUYER. PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASE.

The rest of the house is open as usual and most items are priced, please let cashier know if you have colored price tags. Some of the doll house miniatures will be sold as full dioramas, some as small groups, and others individually.
