Sign up sheet is available Thursday afternoon: first 25 customers are allowed in when doors open. Gated communities; sign in sheet available day of sale Additional customers are allowed in as people leave. We do not allow large bags or purses into the home. Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist in moving or carrying items. We are NOT responsible or accidents or injury while in/on the premise. We have some treasures in this one! Absolute superb Duncan Phyfe style cherry dining set; table with three leaves, detailed dining chairs, china cabinet and breakfront ALL in excellent condition. Leather top mahogany Duncan Phyfe style drum table, cocktail table and two side tables, again, wonderful condition. Early American maple queen bedroom suite. Stiffel lamps and retro lamps – that make a statement! Entertain retro style with High ball, Manhattan, Martini glassware. Homer Laughlin china service for 12, with serving pieces. Retro Zenith stereo, vinyl records. Dinette set in great condition. Indoor statues!! FUN Remember the pull up home movie screen? We have one!!! Vintage Sears floor safe and we have the combination. Black Forest Cuckoo clock, Dutch Zaandam Nu Elck Syn Sin wall clock – both very nice!! Atmos perpetual clock - excellent!! Signed P. Olshof oil on canvas- very Retro!! Lanai furniture, outdoor yard art, some garage. 1946 Nativity set! Dickens Village houses, other holiday as well. The holidays will come back - they do every year!! Buy before the rush!!!
