Those who follow our company already know that we spend the majority of our time doing REMOTE sales, removing and transporting client inventory to one of our vast remote sale facilities.

So, when we do decide to host an ON-SITE sale, you can bet it is something VERY SPECIAL.  That’s the only way we can describe the contents of this $1.3 Million Estate, featuring a custom-built home, barn and out-buildings.  Most of the high-end decorator items here were diligently selected and placed by the homeowner, who is also a very talented interior designer and local artist.  I believe the pictures speak for themselves.

If you are a designer, professional stager, antique dealer, art dealer, etc., please look carefully at all of the photos.  In addition to what you see here, we will be bringing in around (75) high-end pieces of wall-art from renowned American and European artists in all mediums.  There will be oil on canvas, watercolors, lithographs, advertising, serigraphs, etchings, etc., ranging in ages up to 150+ years, most beautifully framed with archival framing products, and all at amazing prices.

The address of this fabulous home will be made available the night before the sale.  There will be no pre-sales and NO EARLY SALES.  The ON-SITE portion of this sale will run Friday, Saturday and Sunday as indicated, and the hours each day will be 9:00 – 3:30

We will accept cash, as well as major credit and debit cards as payment.  You must bring your own help and tie down materials.  Our staff is not allowed to assist with the loading or tie-down of your purchases.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
