You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Disney, Comics, Star Wars, MORE!!! Beautiful Estate on the famous Santa Ana Country Club in Eastside Costa Mesa... Traditional home with some nice extras like, Disney art, cells, collectibles (mint in box) including cinderella, snow white, and many more of your favorite Disney characters... We have comic books too including Star Wars and more... Now about that cross town rivalry....UCLA vs USC Once again a USC family (I can hardly say the word) hires a Bruin....do you blame them? I mean we are smart and the best at what we do and they know it! :) Sets of dishes, crystal, cut glass, Lladros, traditional furniture, a few Mid Century and Asian items...paintings, water colors, lots of kitchen, outdoor furniture, campaign style furniture, antiques including side chairs, drop leaf tables, slat benches, more... This is a one day sale...which means we will sell at full price until 1130 am, break for 30 minutes, and then sell (most items) at half price until 1...Remaining Disney items will be discounted at 25 % beginning at 12 noon...So, come early for the best choice and come again for bargains...We look forward to seeing you at this charming sale!
